Delivery Information

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery has a flat rate of £4.99 and takes between 3-5 working days. Delivery is FREE for orders above £50 or via the use of a coupon/voucher code.

Next day deliveries if placed before 2 pm will be processed the same day & arrive the next (working day), any Orders placed after 2 pm will be processed the following day and arrive on the next working day.

We cannot guarantee weekend delivery, this is carrier dependent.

Geographically we make deliveries to England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Sadly we are unable to deliver to The Channel Isles, The Shetland and Scottish Isles or the Republic of Ireland. Due to shipping provider constraints unfortunately Packages to Northern Ireland & some Scotland postcodes will now take 2 working days on our next day / expedited service.

We aim to be as flexible as possible, but please do advise us should you have any special delivery requirements or will not be in when delivery will be made, please wait until the end of the estimated delivery above before contacting as – as usually the parcel will still be in transit to you, if after the aforementioned period you still have not received your goods, please do get in touch with us and we will help you to rectify the issue.
