Intense with clean aromas. Cherries, black berries, ripe plums and a touch of cacao and vanilla. A blend of 4 grape varieties, Merlot, Cabernet, Carmenere and Syrah.
Isla Negra is named after the slightly bohemian seaside village of the same name in Chile which is inhabited by a number of the country’s writers and artists. The wines across the range are consistent and offer a great way of gaining and understanding of wines not only from Chile but as a gateway into the wider wine world and the joys it has to offer.
Round, soft and medium bodied.
