Captain Morgan rum is distilled from sugar cane and mixed with molasses before the clear spirit is aged in oak barrels for up to a year – this is how its signature golden colour is achieved.
As for the flavour, the brand’s trademark taste is achieved through a unique recipe blend of spices innate to the Caribbean Islands.
As part of their growing portfolio, Captain Morgan has introduced a brand new lower ABV (25%) rum – aptly named Tiki – with flavours of mango and pineapple, further enhancing the taste of the tropics.
